Tired of regular Vanilla or Chocolate Protein?

Don't want to spend a lot of money on new flavors?

Well, Pumpkins are everywhere dudes n' grrls so let's put 'em to use with our Pumpkin Protein Yogurt recipe. We call it Pumpkin Progurt for short.

It's an easy to put together great tasting treat. (plus, you can use any left over pumpkin and make our Pumpkin Pancakes!)

Let's get started.

  • 1c. (227g) Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 c. (61g) 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein
  • 1/4 t. Cinnamon
  • 1/8 t. Pumpkin Spice
  • 2 t. Minced Walnuts

Just measure out the ingredients into a bowl and whisk it all together.

Spoon it into two separate cups, sprinkle the walnuts on top and there you go, ready to eat.

Or, put plastic wrap over them and put in your freezer for up to an hour. (you don't want it to freeze solid)

Soft serve frozen yogurt.

Enjoy!
