Healthy, easy to make protein peanut butter cookies!

Total calories in 12 cookie batch =

1,813 calories

Fat = 119g
Carbohydrates = 95g
Protein = 123g

Divide into 12 cookies =

151 calories
10g fat
8g carbohydrate
10g protein

Extras = 1g fiber each, only 1g sugar each.

If you want less fat, replace the whole eggs with egg beaters.

Also, if you want less total carbohydrates, replace Truvia blend with 100% stevia for sweetener.

Allergic to peanut butter? No problem, use almond butter!
