- 1 lb. (approx.4c./ 352g) Brussels Sprouts
- 10 Sweet Mini Peppers or 2 LG Red Bell Peppers (400g)
- 3 cloves (9g) Raw Garlic
- 2 T. (28g) Olive Oil
- 1 T. (3g) Fresh Thyme
- 1 T. (2g) Fresh Rosemary
- Salt & Pepper to taste
After you have rinsed your produce start with the Brussels Sprouts. Cut off the stem on the bottom. Then cut them in half and in half again. So each Brussels are in quarters. Place them in a large bowl.

Peal your garlic and cut into thin pieces. Add to the bowl.


Spread your vegetables in a thin layer on a baking sheet.
Wait until you smell this as you pull it out of the oven!
